Jake Hargraves became associated with the law firm of Bachelor & Newell in March of 2006. He is committed to protecting the rights of his clients. He takes great pride in providing quality representation to his clients.
He also provides representation to over
ninety (90) cities and counties, and their employees, throughout the State of
Arkansas. Additionally, he serves as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Garland
County.
Mr. Hargraves is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He graduated from Lakeside High School in 1997, where he was a delegate to Boys State. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Arkansas, with honors, and a degree in Financial Management. While in college, he was a member of the Chancellor’s and Dean’s List and earned membership in Golden Key and Beta Gamma Sigma, both national honor societies. In 2004, he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s list.
Upon completion of his legal education, Mr. Hargraves went to work for Heifer International Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending world hunger, where he was employed as a planned giving officer. After his time at Heifer International Foundation, he went to work for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a deputy prosecuting attorney before joining the firm of Bachelor & Newell.
He is a member of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American and Arkansas Bar Associations.
