Our attorneys are currently under contract with approximately 75 municipal entities, including city and county governments throughout the State of Arkansas. We defend these entities in instances when they have been sued for alleged violations of constitutional rights or through alleged discrimination in employment practices. In this practice, we travel the State meeting with our public entity clients which typically include County Judges, Mayors, Police Chiefs, Sheriffs, Jailers, County Road Superintendents, County Quorum Court Members and members of City Councils and Boards. We are constantly preparing motions, writing briefs and appearing in court for these various municipal entity clients.

This practice allows us to try numerous lawsuits each year in defense of our clients. It provides us an opportunity to meet with and work with elected officials throughout the State of Arkansas and keeps us abreast of current constitutional issues and employment law issues which assist us in all other aspects of our practice.
